  • Unsuccessful candidates: kept for up to 6 months after the end of recruitment

  • Successful candidates: data moves into the employee HR record

  • With explicit consent: we may keep your CV for up to 12 months for future opportunities
    You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Your data is stored securely in encrypted systems (e.g. Google Workspace) accessible only to authorised team members.
